For The Montalbán Foundation, we are taking great pleasure to be building a new direction with the Nosotros. It was Ricardo Montalbán’s desire to encourage young actors and artists to build careers with our theatre as a fulcrum. And together we will make 2020 memorable for friendship and teamwork!

We’re excited and honored to be collaborating with Nosotros. Our two organizations share a common mission and vision; to highlight global, emerging diverse talent. Supporting these artists and connecting them with audiences, community, industry professionals, resources, and education is what it’s all about. The Latinx community is a major part of our focus at NFMLA and we’re honored to bridge our efforts with the incredible foundation Nosotros has laid over the last 50 years.

Ricardo Montalbán was without a doubt an icon. Not only did he pave the way for Latinx on screen, but he created an organization that helps future performers cultivate themselves into the industry. The time for change is now, Hollywood is getting wise to the buying power and talent that is the Latinx community and organizations like Nosotros are on the forefront of building bridges along with The National Hispanic Media Coalition. Congratulations Nosotros on 50 years of service to Latinos and the entertainment industry as a whole. The future is bright!
